| Sun An is a designer, musician, and artist creating under his Los Angeles studio, HelloBye. Born in Seoul, Korea he immigrated to Los Angeles in 1985, graduated from Art Center College of Design with a degree in graphic design. He has created artwork for international clients such as Colette, Nike, MTV2, and Wieden Kennedy Tokyo, and has been featured in Nylon (Japan), Tokion, and Arkitip. His video direction includes spots for MTV2, VH1, two videos for Park Hotell (Sweden), Takagi Masakatsu "Exit/Delete" (collaboration with W+K Tokyo Lab), and Tokion "Creativity Now". He's produced/composed music on the JVC/Victor label, played numerous live shows in Los Angeles and Tokyo, and for high profile commercials and websites. Currently he is doing freelance art & direction in Los Angeles, and enjoy collaborating on projects with his friends.
